I have just started reading HxH a couple of days ago and I just recently finished the Greed Island arc and right after for some reason the quality of the manga took a serious dip. Now I am not talking about the story but the actual artwork. Is this permanent or was it something he tried for a while I am on chapter 188. Also I am not bashing it as I have really enjoyed it so far especially the Greed Island arc but the artwork for the last few chapters is horrendous...

I don't really like the art style of the manga, it seems really rushed imo.

But the HXH 2011 anime is amazing. They know exactly how to make an anime from a manga. Why don't you just watch the anime until you catch up and then read the manga from then? Or have you already seen anime?

Nah I haven't seen the anime yet I want to though. I have been reading the manga at work...

But its been really great so far I liked the whole game aspect of Greed Island. And Hisoka is super creepy but he's awesome...
