How Naruto make an eye ball,Naruto could do anything with plot now?

Naruto make an eye ball for Kakashi in the last chapter.How naruto can design a the ocular system of an eye he never analyse in the past.Naruto do not have the intelligent level to make an eye ball.It just an ass pull jutsu.I guess the final battle,Naruto will recreate limb where Sasuke damage.This mean any Sasuke jutsu will be useless
