Sasuke has no right to claim the Title of Hokage.

Some people keep saying that Sasuke should be Hokage, or chief of the police force or something, but that doesn't sound realistic to me.

Sasuke is known for being arrogant, wanting to kill his sensei,comrades and the destruction of the hidden leave. he made an attempt in killing all the Kage at the Kage summit and killed many samurai, took the raikage's arm and killed Danzo who was there to represent the Hokage(even do danzo was a prick and deverved death)
he worked together with the masked man and was part of a terrorist organization. he also tried to kidnap Killer Bee and have him killed for his tailed beast. And Sasuke simply said that he wants to be Hokage, and doesn't care what people think.

Sasuke has changed a bit yes. But he has no right to claim the Title of Hokage or any sort of titel. no one will vote for him.
I acknowledge Sasuke's power he is beyond Kage level. But that doesn't make you a good leader.

I actually agree to a point. While Sasuke has done some pretty messed up things, what would ultimately determine whether he would make a good Hokage or not isn't just his past actions, but how he has grown from them.

Look at Gaara.

Would you have ever expected the crazed killer Jinchuriki to become a great Kazekage and lay down his life for his village? Look how he turned out and he was more bloodthirsty than Sasuke.

Sure Sasuke is arrogant, but that doesn't make you a bad leader.

Unlike Naruto, Sasuke has walked a dark path and thus knows what it means to be a villain. If anything he can relate more to the tyrants they are facing now more than Naruto who, aside from being rejected at first, has lived a releatively happy life with lots of friends.

Sasuke can recognize the darkness in someones eyes much like Gaara did with him. Again it comes down to how Sasuke grew from these experiences and if he truly ready to lead others without making selfish decisions. Personally, I think he still has a long way to go before being real Hokage material. But so does Naruto.Even so, does he deserve to be Hokage? Maybe not now. Only time, and his future actions, will tell.

He has a right. Don't get me wrong sasuke did some bad things in the past but you must admit he was a victim of the system as much as naruto, itachi, shisui etc. were. Sasuke can always try to be hokage not that he would succeed anyway. But saying he has no right is wrong because his good deeds more than make up for his bad deeds.
