Madara giving Nagato his eyes is an unexplainable plot hole.

Kishi does not want to make everything smack dab obvious, it is to be inferred that he had Zetsu do the deed, why get extremely specific and say it was a Zetsu that did it, if he is the one who gave the orders to do so... besides it isn't in Madara's nature to say it was someone else who who did something when it was him who gave the command to do something

You don't know that about Kishi so unless it is stated by him I don't believe. I also still don't see the significance of Madara not just saying zetsu did it. It wouldn't make Madara any cooler or less cool by saying his underling did it.

Madara awakened the Rinnegan at an old age, an age so old that he had to be attached to something in order keep himself alive.(I say something because I forgot what it was) in order to give him his eyes he would had to have unattached himself and then he would die within seconds. This is what happened in the anime when he unattached himself from that thing. This is a plot hole that cannot be explained.

He has people growing from the statue (Zetsu) that do his bidding, im sure a zetsu can sneak into a family of non shinbois house and secretly transplant his eyes into a young nagato.

you forget he awaken the rinnegan when his "natural" life span passed and before he started using the gedo mazou as a life support he could move freely that's why he was able to give his dojutsu to nagato

It's called the gidou mazou, the juubi's vessel and it's a summon that travels underground that he can take anywhere he wants. There is also zetsu.

Simple as this. Madara unlocked rinnegan. He summoned gedo mazou. Then he took out his eyes and put a spare sharingan in. Then he went and implanted his eyes in nagato. Then he went to his hide out, and was stuck to the gedo for survival. Then 10 years or so go by and he meets obito.
