His ability to regenerate cells as a living thing was different
Endo are dead and have endless chakra and can not be defeated no matter how much you destroy there body's. Only way to stop them is to stop the jutsu itself

They're not the same,in fact a Big Spirit Bomb such as the size that Goku used against Frieza or Kid Buu would overpower and absorb the Bijuu Dama.

King Piccolo from Dragonball has less than a battlepower of 400 yet he one shotted an entire city with ease. Krillin in the Saiyan Saga is at a powerlevel of over 1000 and literally gets more than ten times stronger than that in the Freeza Saga and even stronger in the Cell Saga. Nagato aint shit to my boi Krillin

Actually it's the same just rephrased differently because there two different worlds. Kishi was inspired by goku which lead to the character naruto. Kishi will try to keep naruto on par as much as possible with goku without his powers showing the same destruction or damage
