Actually it's the same just rephrased differently because there two different worlds. Kishi was inspired by goku which lead to the character naruto. Kishi will try to keep naruto on par as much as possible with goku without his powers showing the same destruction or damage

They're not the same at all actually. If Ki and chakra are the same, then all the people in Naruto could fly.

Videl can fly, and she's actually pretty much weaker than Naruto, so yeah.
Just because they are the same concept doesn't make them the same.

Master roshi was not weak when he was younger ... also he destroyed a moon while in naruto Haguromo created it

WELL DONE So Haguromo had could create an object which a character with a power level of 180 could destroy ? Good for him, Krillin in the Freeza Saga's powerlevel 10 000-15 000 . So good for him and do not let me get started about what Goku would do to the poor people.

I think Goku is overrated to the max, he's strong but he can't solo everything and everyone
Any fight with characters outside of DBZ vs DBZ characters are pointless, as they are different stories with different power levels
