Was Manda 2 an ass pull?

MandaII would've been genjutsu'd by either Itachi or Sasuke and taken control of or Tsukyomi'd just like Manda was by Sasuke. Stabbing through Manda's mouth/head will stop it from sheding and escaping that way. Tsunade used this tactic on him with Gamabunta's giant sword. Maybe they would've needed a bigger sword though lol

Honestly? If Kabuto had gone up against any other opponents? Manda might be the strongest thing in his arsenal. It'd be impossible to escape the destruction of the cave and considering the opponents don't have a hax anti-summoning move like amateresu then Kabuto could literally stick to the colossal thing and ride it around summoning jutsu, ET and generally staying safe. Imagine how badass that'd have been though :'(

I think the only summon that could be strongest than Manda II is the rinnegan wolf... hound... thing. He would probably just swallow it though, since he completely dwarfs everything other than the juubi and the giant turtle, who is "still a very, very small turtle".

Manda just sheds his skin, no biggy.

Shows up once in the manga from my understanding, and is just taken out just as fast as he's introduced.

Manda 2 seemed to have crazy potential, he's even better than Manda himself! Yet just got used as a plot point to cause a conflict. They may as well as had Deidara just 1 shot the turtle to make it stop.

DSM Kabuto should have summoned Manda 2 against the Uchiha bros u_u.

I doubt he would have fit in that cave lols. And Aoda beats the hell out of Manda. hehe.
