The starting distance is important considering both Gaara and Temari are long ranged fighters while Tsunade and Mei are skilled in close-mid ranged battle. I'm learning towards team two with high difficulty tho.

I don't really know, I think team 1 wins because Temari's wind is basically useless since Mei can use Lava style and will block any Fuuton Temari tries and take her down.

If Gaara decides to shield. Mei can just use Boil release which will melt the sand, Remember that Sasuke stated that his Susanoo had een better defense than Gaara's sand. And Her Boil Release alread canonically melted Susanoo. So Gaara has to either get out of there or die. Since Boil Release is also made out of fire Temari can't just get rid of it that easily.

Temari will definintely die before anyone in this battle which already makes this 2 VS 1. And if Tsunade summons Katsuyu it's 3 VS 1.

Team 2 can win but they'll have to play extreme smart.

But I would go for 50-50..since the distance is such that Gaara and Temari can win,but they gotta move wisely.But Tsunade and Mei are both experienced and have powerful jutsu.It would be interesting to know the outcome of the match.

Can Gaara do this? The starting distance is only two meters. Mei is also here who can use suitons to somewhat slow down Gaara's sand or she can use a water dragon to distract him, allowing Tsunade to shatter his defense with a heavenly kick of pain. [

Gaara does not have that much sand in his gourd, making sand is not limitless, as seen from his fight with Kimimaro he has to stand still and bring the sand from the ground. At 2 meters they wont allow him to do that.

Sorry but I dont think crushing Tsunade will do anything when she easily heals with Byakugo.

Gaara's sand will come right at Mei and Tsunade at 2 meters and Mei suiton will be activated right away washing it away, this is all happening at the same time. He has two opponents to focus on and just the sand in his gourd to work with.

First off 2 meters, he is not getting in the air so easily or not at all.

I never said the water makes the sand useless, just it makes it heavier, more slower and Gaara has to use more chakra to move it around.

Grassy field, he does not have control of landscape.
