Actual Base Naruto Vs Base Sasuke

Sharingan is a part of his Dna. Why not take away Naruto's Chakra pools as well? Even then, Sasuke is a far superior fighter.

Yeah but it's still a powerup...it can be activated and also be deactivated ...everyone has chakra so it's not unfair...if everyone had sharingan then it would be different

Sasuke has the fundamental advantage. Naruto needs powerups to fight Sasuke, just like Ashura needed others to take on Indra.

What? Sharingan in of itself is a power-up. Sasuke without Sharingan isn't beating Naruto.

Yes it is. Same as Rinnegan is base for Nagato and Byakugan is base for Hyuuga. Their fighting style is built around it so it is a part of their base.

It seems you don't understand what base is. Nagato's base is Rinnegan because he cannot deactivate it like the Uchiha or Hyuuga can with their eyes. Even though the OP clearly posted his rules stating that 3 tomoe is base and it should be respected for this thread but canonically base Sasuke is without his sharingan active. Just like I'm sure you would argue that Kyuubi Naruto isn't base Naruto because it's granting him upgraded stats much like the Sharingan does for Sasuke.
