like when deidara threw spiders at sasuke he had chidori senbon to block the bombs before they reached him. and killer bee doesnt have a projectile based lightning jutsu so the only thing he can do is get close and lariet the bomb which deiadar could just as easily blow it up in his face.

After his death he was revealed to have Explosion Release KKG. It wasn't explored but it implies that he has at least two natures (one of which is most likely Doton, I doubt that he has Doton AND 2 other elements). In the manga, it was shown that Lightning users can nullify all his attacks but don't forget that Sasuke is a talented ninja and explosions have range, so detonations can harm someone who can't reach a bomb with splash damage.

I would reason that Sasuke's Raiton is not as strong as Bee's Raiton. Also, with as fast as Bee moves, I wouldn't think that those spiders would be any problem for him, even if they happen to be spread out.

He's my alltime fav character even if he's not that popular and loved anymore.
I have tons of reasons of liking him. He's funny, unique, cool, has a personality and emotions (unlike some characters), loves art (even if you disagree on "art being an explosion", he can still create something beautiful like those clay birds and insects), he can fight well and has a potential, oh...and he despises the overrated-to-hell Uchihahahas and their "overgodly" sharingan.
The problem about this character is, that Kishi 'shat' on him so badly and still hasn't given him a good backstory (and don't even say that that past moment with itachi was his "whole backstory"), I also dislike ET Deidara. I miss the real (undead) Deidara. He's just downright underestimated and deserves more credit people refuse to give.

So I don't get the whole animosity over him and besides, I STILL don't get the crazy insane fanatism over the uchihas.
