he didn't that was a justu from itachi that allowed sasuke to use amaterastu with his eye on obito. sasuke awakened the ms at the end of the talk.

he didnt learn about what happend to itachi until after he killed itachi so he already had MS so he had no idea of what itachi went thru at that point now far as super saiyans go they have to fight and train considerably they didnt just become super saiyans just be feelings alone. obito was a fodder who unlocked sharigan without training go look at how goku and vegeta and gohan became super saiyans the only ones who just became super saiyans were trunks and goten

Naruto earned his SM/KCM through training, & BM through the obito fight.
