Sadly their is evidence to prove it but not enough evidence for Sasuke FanBoys you see If Shisui was a regular Shunshin user why would even Killer Bee recognize him for his Shunshin Skills! when he seen Sasuke(First encounter) he had no clue that it was Sasuke he did not say OH SHIT it is Shunshin no Sasuke but when Itachi says Shisui Bee crapped his pants(because of Itachi's smarts at the time) and was all like you mean Shisui The Teleporter? Sasuke is ****in awesome but Shisui is better at Shunshin...period
Not sure why people vote Sasuke when all he did in latest chapter was a Rinnengan ability allowing him to teleport within a limited area. Gai doesn't use Shunshin well enough as well. It's his physical speed which is boosted when shunshin is a ninjutsu. Naruto still has the best shunshin out of everyone here with Minato as close second

Sasuke already was having godlike speed by DB as hebi.
Current sage chakra enhancement will sure put him above minato.
Minato wasnt even famed for body flicker but FTG.

what are you a fanboy? minato was the best in shuishin on screen. sasuke's recent "teleporting" is a rinnegan ability and not shushin. guy with 8 gates didnt use shushin he used raw speed/power. read manga again. the only person left is naruto

sasuke's rinnegan tech is not a body flicker. show me scan of hebi sasuke using body flicker and not raw speed? cant right

So minato was faster among those 4 four, tobirama was dead and cant compare to all others U_U
Tobirama ever faced Ay? No, but minato did and FTG was what saved his ass not flicker.
Sasuke was having flicker since hebi, hello. Needless to say he came only minute later compared to EDO kages, with current enhancement he is way above minato.

When he stabbed Madara the "first" time, it was a Rinnegan ability. The second time, it was pure speed. Madara even acknowledged how fast Sasuke arrived. Minato got slashed with FTG and lost his arm. Talk about logic.
