Sadly their is evidence to prove it but not enough evidence for Sasuke FanBoys you see If Shisui was a regular Shunshin user why would even Killer Bee recognize him for his Shunshin Skills! when he seen Sasuke(First encounter) he had no clue that it was Sasuke he did not say OH SHIT it is Shunshin no Sasuke but when Itachi says Shisui Bee crapped his pants(because of Itachi's smarts at the time) and was all like you mean Shisui The Teleporter? Not sure why people vote Sasuke when all he did in latest chapter was a Rinnengan ability allowing him to teleport within a limited area. Gai doesn't use Shunshin well enough as well. It's his physical speed which is boosted when shunshin is a ninjutsu. Naruto still has the best shunshin out of everyone here with Minato as close second

Current sage chakra enhancement will sure put him above minato.

When he stabbed Madara the "first" time, it was a Rinnegan ability. The second time, it was pure speed. Madara even acknowledged how fast Sasuke arrived. Minato got slashed with FTG and lost his arm. Talk about logic.
