What does learning Ink have to do with the concept of learning to read? He has Ink because he's simply half Octopus.
It doesn't matter why he has ink, okay he's half octupus that changes nothing. Do the other bijuu have ink? No, that means that it's his specific power.
Does bee have any other special abilities other than the ability to control his ink? No, so that once again means it's his specific power.
I am pretty sure he has Raiton because of the simple fact when he use a Bijuu bomb it was made out of electricity, it had nothing to do with compression. He fried Suigetsu to a pulp and Suigetsu had static protruding out of his body. This is why I theorize he has Lightning.
All bijuudamas are made out of positive & negative chakra, this was explained during naruto's training.

That's all you have, a theory. The facts don't say anything that gives gyuuki the raiton ability.
Also Killer B has Lightning also, Killer B has been with Gyuuki since he was a Kid.
And? Naruto has wind, does that give kurama the wind affinity? Just because they inherited abilities from their bijuu doesn't mean that raiton is gyuuki's ability, raiton can easily be bee's affinity just as fuuton is naruto's.
Just like how Gaara was able inherit Magnet release from Shukaku; same thing with Roshi being able to use Lava Release Freely and Earth release.
And this still doesn't prove that gyuuki has raiton. Killerbee may have had raiton before becoming the jin, ink is gyuki's special ability, & killerbee inherited it. [

Naruto has the Sage body which has been likely to foreshadow he has all elements.
How does the sage body correlate with having all nature releases? The only thing we know that gives mastery of all 5 is the rinnegan.
Hell, the Gudo-Damas are one key point which by manga facts they are compose by 4 elements that of the unknown..

4 elements. Matatabi has katon, isobu has suiton, he has fuuton, & goku has yoton[katon/doton]. So he has 4 types of chakra that he can combine into gudo damas, & raiton does not need to be a part of it.
So don't tell me he doesn't have it just because you haven't seen it. Maybe he hasn't use it but I am pretty sure the way he already gain 2 Kekkei Genkais already is self explanatory how this is going.
