Tsunade has natural strength. Jiraiya mentions it in part one. It's just that she multiplies it through chakra. Ae is also using Raiton Armour. Rest I agree with completely.

Anyone with the slightest strand of intelligence already knows the difference between speed and S/T Ninjutsu.Yet, in the databooks speed and S/T Ninjutus isn't separated, so I consider that a go ahead to merge the to in discussions.Technically, Minato, Tobirama, and Obito can't be brought into a discussion on speed because they are using Teleportation.


As for strength, anyone at this point who doesn't know Tsunade is physically the strongest character in the NV is probably an idiot;By physically the strongest character, that is with or without her chakra enhanced strength jutsu.The manga/databooks description of Tsunade strength was Tsunade has natural raw strength that combine with her CES jutsu was taken to a monstrous level.Meaning, even without CES, Tsunade is physically powerful.More proof of this is when Hashirama saw Sakura punch after Sakura awaken her Byakugo.Hashirama compared a punch by Sakura that destroy a massive amount of land and mini juubi to Tsunade own natural raw strength.The reason why I believe that Hashirama was comparing Sakura punch to Tsunade natural raw strength is because Hashirama died when Tsunade was in the age range of 5 to 8 and a young Tsunade didn't have a byakugo seal.I also highly doubt Tsunade had created the chakra enhanced strength at such a young age, thus leaving only the thought that Sakura's chakra enhanced strength was comparable to a young Tsunade's own raw strength.
