OK, so it seems that many people have weird and flawed understandings on when it comes to speed or strength. They assume that bending space is regarded as an actual speed feat asset. For example, they will put teleportation as a speed feat, or chakra enhanced punches and kicks as a physical strength feat. They get the wrong idea, and I'm tired of seeing people put "Minato as the fastest" or "Sakura and Tsunade as the strongest" in threads. Let me clarify for you. Speed =/= teleportation and physical strength =/= chakra enhanced boxing.
Speed is defined by different measurements:

> The magnitude of a velocity.
> Swiftness of action or the act of moving rapidly. The state of being in rapid motion; rapidity.

> The capacity of a lens to accumulate light at an appropriate aperture.

"The Distance traveled divided by the time of travel it took." You see the word "traveled". You take the length a certain object traveled, such as a car or a bus and divide by the time it took it to get to that distance.
Speed = distance ÷ time
Speed is not teleportation because it is breaking of space and time which defeats the purpose of what I'm trying to explain.
Minato or Tobirama's FTG is TELEPORTATION. therefore it is not a speed feat. They can get faster from point A to point B (as long as those places are marked by Kunai's) but they are not doing it with their speed they are doing it by "bending space" or just teleporting. Understand? Ok, moving on.

Tsunade has great physical strength as she was able to hold Gamabunta's sword and toss it. She has a 5 in strength, but the majority of her strength comes from her "chakra enhanced strength". Going by feats, she is not the "physically strongest character" in this manga. Chakra enhanced strength gives you the ability to focus chakra into their hands or feat and release it at precisely the right time (precise chakra control). The more chakra that is focused the larger the impact.
We saw when Sakura released 3 years worth of chakra in her punch against the Juubi clones. Sakura only has a 3 in physical strength according to the Databook, but because of her chakra enhanced punches she is capable of causing massive impact with her attacks. It is pretty much like Gari's explosion style. He uses explosions on his palms and charges with a powerful force;
Sakura is basically doing the same thing here;
Gari makes any person he comes into contact with explode, similar to Sakura and Tsunades chakra enhanced punches who release and display large amounts of chakra in their attacks, which sometimes cause a person to explode from the force. These do not equate actual physical strength.
Tsunade is using chakra enhanced punch against Madara, which is not the same as actual strength;
Naruto lifted a Rhino in SM using Senjutsu chakra;
This is not actual physical strength because he is using senjutsu chakra to enhance his strength just like Tsunade and Sakura.
Ay is actually physically strong as he lifts weights and even lifted Sasuke easily;
Not to mention he elbowed Jugo with ease enough to swing him across the room while making a huge dent in his armor;
Speed is velocity times acceleration.
Strength is force added to the attended weight.
Kizaru from One Piece actually moves via the speed of light, therefore he is actually moving through speed. Goku is not physically moving with Instant transmission. Minato is no physically moving with FTG.
