During fight the user gets +40 damage points in every taijutsu move made by this katana and +40 for defense based on this katana. Also it can be used to cut their environment. This way, the user can escape earth, rock, bones and wood traps/binding up to S-class.
Lastly, this blade is only usable by the user, only yielding under his hand, it cannot be yield by anyone else and depending on the move used the blade changes colors.

Theirs a jutsu that lee did to kick gaara like that and u dont have that type of speed yet to where a sage rank cant see ur movements. and I did all these things while u were in mid air *while slashing at u ur blade cuts the tip of mine after this I grab ur wrist(with my other hand dropping my katana) before ur feet meet the ground and before u can make the second slash grabbing it so hard to where it snaps making u drop the blade and then throws u into the air then leaps after u in a blink of an eye and uses

No KG means no byakugan, so you're not allowed to activate it during the battle.
No you don't have the speed of Rock Lee... Tsunade, Orochimaru and Jiraiya were Sannins and they can't match Rock Lees speed(Without the weights).

Mugiwara is right. No KG and the only way you can follow his moves is if you would active your Byakugan (you need to activate them, they don't work all the time).

Btw Rock Lee is in the manga a chuunin, but that doesn't matter here. Nero has the speed of a Sage, while you only have that of a sannin. His faster than you.
