It only makes sense that for things to truly "change" in Konoha, Sasuke will become Hokage. After their little fight they are having. Through some of this new Ninshuu magic, Sasuke will share all his thoughts and life experiences with everybody there. They will learn the truth about Itachi, and then realize that Sasuke was an A student while Naruto was more along the lines of D, borderline F student, lol I love Naruto but yea, he's got higher things to aspire to being now.
