I take the title "God' or "Saint' any day over Hokage. Who the fk wants to be Hokage? I rather be known for life as a myth through ninja history for ages. They'll be story taught to kids about me. I'll have people worship my prowess. My statutory will bring benevolence to everyone. Instead of my face being implanted on a mountain, I'll have churches and pedestals built everywhere in the 5 Great Nations worshiping me. They'll make a Religion out of me. Saying my name will bring "Fear" to the evil. I'll be known as the Child of GOD himself. Naruto will be the one who save the ninja world from atrocities.​

No Naruto can't become hokage for the simple fact that he has to teach the shinobi's to use Ninshuu. If he can spread ninshuu, he can bring forth peace. Naruto should only guide the Shinobi therefore the title "Hokage" is irrelevant.

You don't need to be powerful to become a God. You can become a God by doing something no was capable of doing. Bringing peace and teaching Ninshuu throughout the Shinobi world. You can also become a God by bringing the Bijuus to one, understanding the Bijuus, being friends with the Bijuus and Saving the world and become savior. His prowess will definitely impact the Shinobi world and that's a fact.
