not sure what you mean by quality but i know that most of the body is filled with it and without it in many ways no one would survive :

Nothing to drink = sudden death (in two days xD)
No Fluids In Body = Sudden death

Water Is Strong At Both Offense And Defense, It Also Has Some Very Usefull Supplementary Jutsu Water Can Get Through Any Tight Spots And The Only Way To Stop It Is To Freeze It Into Ice. Water Can Protect, Feed Forests And Plants But It Is Capable Of Washing All Of Them Away Aswell. That Any Good ?
