He was obviously not referring to Lee's blood...How long ago did they have to prepare for the exam?...he said " I fed you something Nasty Blood Earlier" on the day they he fought sasuke..he fought Lee a month ago

Again this is about Taijutsu...Lee says all that after seeing Chidori which is Ninjutsu...Lee refers to Sasuke's eyes

He says a forward attack makes it had to counter but Sasuke has the eyes to see that counter...that forward attack refers to chidori....he even says he can't do it "Ninjutsu"
He's jealous of Sasuke because he doesn't have such ability and isn't gifted which such...that doesn't mean he isn't superior in Taijutsu...DB clearly puts Lee above Sasuke in that aspects

You can believe whatever you want. Given the dichotomy between Lee and Sasuke, Gaara's implication is clear as day.

Lee admits that he cannot run straight into an opponent for any attack, period. Whether Sasuke uses Chidori or not is not even the point. The point is moving straight ahead at high speed. Something Sasuke can do and Lee cannot. He won't see any counter, whereas Sasuke can because of Sharingan.

How hard is it to understand this?

Sasuke already succesfully copied lees taijutsu and obtained the speed lee had worked years to acquire in a mere month.Since the only advantage lee once had speed is out of the way,sasuke can easily anticipate his moves with his sharingan. So sasuke > lee in taijutsu
