Tsunade, who care if he knows all konoha jutsu, Tsunade can't die in battle, and he isn't matched in combat. Going by hype Tsunade bests kaguya, once kaguya engages her in battle , she won't die so long as the battle goes on, and she will be unmatched in combat

If Tsunade was almost killed by Edo Madara alone, even with the help of 4 other Kage's. Tsunade...The reason why is she's the most underestimated Hokage of all.NB imbecile place low level shinobis against in versus threads and constantly see her as nothing more then a medical nin, even though she's of Senju Lineage, a clan known from their mastery of thousand of jutsus, and the grand daughter of Hashirama.Base off manga facts it's obvious that Hashirama spent time with Tsunade and possibly train her seeing as Tsunade was fully aware of Hashirama jutsus and Hashirama was aware of her strength.Furthermore, the belief that Tsunade has no element ninjutsu when the body derangement jutsu is clearly lightning release and Kakashi previously stating that a jonin usually has two element natures is only adds to the stupidity of her detractors.Tsunade chakra being monsterous should be an obvious fact seeing as Tsunade's a Senju, and her feat of healing an entire village during the pain invansion arc was more chakra consuming than any jutsu used by any shinobi.If anyone needs to be shown at their ful glory, it's Tsunade.

And if she had her brain completely destroy I don't think she could think/move.
