She probably could have if her legs were actually cut off...But they weren't, her body was cut in half, thus she would have had to first regenerate her lower torso before regenerating her legs.And that would have been a waste of chakra seeing as she could just summon Katsuya like she did and have her reattach her body together leaving Tsunade with only having to regenerate the ligaments, saving chakra.

Her using her deadly poisons incorperated with her taijutsu or in general. Tsunade can make a poison to do anything she wants to people she made one to allow jiraya not to be able to mould chakra, how precise is that?

I also wan't to see this whole unrivaled in combat thing. I have yet to see Tsunade school someone in taijutsu. Though it is implied she blitzed Madara idk.

I'm not positive about that.Living Madara in his prime wouldn't have the rinnegan, thus he would be susceptible against ninjutsu and without the unlimited chakra of being an Edo I could see him losing.

Tsunade has shown her most powerful jutsus along time ago in her physical strength, but I don't think she has shown her second, third, or even fourth most powerful jutsu.And I believe because she has only fought against characters who abilities make ninjutsu useless, Preta Path ability, there is much more to Tsunade's arsenal yet to be explored.

I'm not sure karin has ever shown the ability to reattach body parts.I'm too lazyright now to go search for the chapter but if member serve me correctly, Tsunade was already healing herself and the kages and karin just gave her chakra to speed up the process.

After using all her chakra to protect the village.Tsunade regenerative abilities only work if she has chakra.If Tsunade just used all her chakra to save thousand of people, of course she wouldn't have any chakra left to save herself.
