That despite Sasuke's little blinking ability, Naruto could still smash Sasuke with little effort. Naruto has way more raw destructive power than Sasuke. Naruto just has more powerful devastating attacks.

It appears that all Sasuke has is a Minato like teleportation trick. It's similar to Obito just using his Kamui like power all the time to allow enemies to pass through him.

While I think they are equal, raw power offers some serious "unique" battle strategies.

For example just spamming Bijudamas (aka total annihilation of everything in your vicinity) would likely kill anyone, even Madara. Furthermore we never saw if Naruto can make a Bijudama version of the Rasenshuriken, which also would be devastating.

I was thinking about the bijuudama rasenshuriken earlier lol I think we'll see him do it soon though. It could be called bijuu shuriken dama

Wouldn't really be that effective against Sasuke. He could teleport out of the way, or if he has the Rinnegan's abilties then he could absorb it. Another thing, his Susano'o should be able to tank it as Madara stated that the PS is equal to a Bijuu.

Sasuke "blinked" for like 10-15 meters, a bijudama from Kurama alone can blast a city like Konoha from the face of the elemental nations, I don't even want to imagine what Naruto could do now with one. Absorb could be countered with mixed in Nature Chakra and well I am not sure if a PS can take a bijudama that is above even Kurama's level, but after all this is more or less speculation, mainly because with all those "fodders" around them Naruto can't risk such a destructive tactic.

Though just as something to make one think, Naruto's Yoton Rasenshuriken was a "normal" chakra attack and was able to destroy the Shinju, now think what would happen with raw biju chakra which is far more powerful. Still logic doesn't really work often in a manga world^^.
