It's not exactly new dude. Kamui, FTG, MS and Rinnegan techs can be performed without seals.

Sasuke can use asspull no jutsu that f****kng Kishi made up as the story goes!!!!!

personally, i felt underwhelmed by that jutsu. And the worst part is, i'm not even surprised. Considering how ultimately underwhelming i felt Sasuke was with EMS, i'm not surprised that he'd be just as underwhelming with a Rinnegan. Not only did i know it was just going to be good enough to assist Naruto, but Madara once again opting to get his own Rinnegan back because of the limits Sasuke's eye has already gave me a first bad impression. I honestly believe that jutsu is right up there with what he did to those Zetsu because nothing of real value was accomplished other than getting some fanboys revved up over nothing.

Lol.This jutsu is a jutsu...lol.

He teleports his real self , he denies space/time laws , I guess we can categorize it as a space/time jutsu.

If you don't accept it , we can call it another way if you want.
