TBH, it seems kinda reminiscent of Law's Room from OP. Sasuke has a distinct range and with in that range he can change the position or orientation of any object instantly without seals or markers.

It's not exactly new dude. Kamui, FTG, MS and Rinnegan techs can be performed without seals.

The point wasn't to show that he can make a jutsu without seals (....) , but to show that he can use an advanced FTG jutsu (thing revealed in this chapter).

Every jutsu has a weakness , what is Sasuke ability's weakness , the range , the number of use , time of regeneration (if there is)?

Agreed, he definitely swapped places with the sword.Its quite op. Madara confidently went afta sasuke to get the eye, found a sword thru his chest lel, moments lata he abandones them and goes to get his other eye instead, he knws sasuke aint playin.
