I think sasuke can distort his opponents perception of time. Like itachi but outside of tsukiyomi. The range is absolute though which would explain why naruto was affected. It is probably without their knowledge and also it may have a very short time limit. Coupled with his natural speed that's a deadly weapon. Also Maddy may have underestimated his eyes range.

You simply cant conclude that. Madara said he was clear of what sasuke was doing earlier then when he got hit, said hes STILL fast. Acknowledging sasuke wasnt using the tech from before

Nope, but he did clearly state that he tries to keep Naruto and Sasuke equal to maintain the rivalry. We all go through this manga completely dependent on what Kishi puts out each week and what's stated in interviews so when someone says something like Naruto will be the strongest at EoS of course it gets kicked out cuz Kishi never stated it.

I'm cool with that, I actually like Sasuke. He's a badass but I still think Naruto would stomp him regardless of speed. Those tailed beast chakra/Nature type feats are no joke but that's just my opinion though Lol

At the beginning Sasuke has used his Shinjugan to escape Madaras attack, but at the end he used probably Shunshin no Jutsu, because Madara was outside of his range.

looking at it from a logical standpoint naruto is faster than sasuke( his speed feats back this up entirely )
this isn't to go without saying that sasuke is extremely fast aswell

But the thing is, it does. If you go through and take the chapter apart, its apparent, at this point in time, that sasuke used nothing but foot speed to catch up to madara. Im not saying that there couldnt be zomething to it later but, as of now, from the information given in this chapter, sasuke simply chased him down, which would easily make him faster than naruto.
