For the people that didnt read it clearly, madara states that hes OUT OF SASUKES RANGE which means whatever technique he was using before madara took off is irrelevant, that means that sasuke ran him down. Not only that but look at when he chops madara in half, madaras body is clearly knocked clear of kakashis, meaning he was hit with a good amount of force. Since he was teleporting from the looks of it earlier and showing up in a static position we can deduce the technique from being in play when he hit madara. The only conclusion is sasuke ran him down, attacked madara before he could blck and chopped him in two
