this hole argument just collasped on itself sasuke isnt fodder so his genjutsu can be compared to itachi 3 tomoe genjutsu he owned all the same people itachi did with genjutsu

they're are no differences in 3 tomoe genjutsu fact. all used the same not when all those spikes are poking through him and it will slow oro down regarless for sasuke to end him with the killing blow also sasuke could just controll him like he does manda

also how does oro win sasuke is basically like him just with sharingan chidori and curse marks oro loses either way genjutsu slows him down he kills him or sasuke preps kirin

They're all excuted the same. Not "all 3tom" possess the same genjutsu level.

Curse Mark iteslf allows Orochimaru to momentarily affect Sasuke.

Orochimaru has superior hand speed, which would be an important note as both are swordsman. At least i don't recall Sasuke hand speed being displayed.

Never said anything about all 3t being on the same level but Sasuke clearly isn't your random Uchiha fodder.He is the biological brother of Uchiha Itachi and was born with compatable potential to that of Itachi.Orochimaru clearly said that it is just like that time means that it is same as that of Itachi in every aspect so I don't understand from where you are pulling those exceptions.I won't say that their genjutsu has 100% effects on Oro but it can bind him for a while just like it did in case of Itachi which results in Orochimaru's defeat.

I never said his genjutsu was fodder, I've said it has already been counter (manga proof) and he's not on Itachi's level.

Trying to say his genjutsu will owns is going against what we've already witnessed.

Genjutsu itself can be excuted the same. The particular genjutsu that Sasuke used was the same EXACT one Itachi used. Hence, we see same visuals and the reason Orochimaru commented on the similarities. This has nothing to be with its level.

Sasuke always had the ability to surpass his brother, but not at that point in the series.

As far as I remember Sasuke didn't use SM in real world(I could be wrong though).Orochimaru managed to move his body even against Itachi and he simply has no reason to show any concern about genjutsu as Orochimaru literally has no reason to counter that genjutsu because he thought that he can takeover Sasuke's body coz they are inside his own dimension.As far as I know Itachi was portrayed to be a better genjutsu user than Sasuke and no one ever mentioned nor implied that his noraml 3t genjutsu is inferior to that of Itachi and Tsukuyomi is a different story though.

Btw Iam not trying to say that Sasuke definitely wins this coz of genjutsu but if Orochimaru isn't careful about it then it would result in his defeat otherwise he wins this IMO.

Orochimaru wins...There was no time when orochimaru was using all his abilities and strength at once, he was playing with naruto (4 tails) so i'm pretty sure that he can digest sasuke like the boss he is...

Yes sasuke has genjutsu and that is maybe the only thing that can beat orochimaru, but knowing how smart he is after a while orochimaru will find a way to get out of it himself unlike jinchuriki's that can use the tailed beast to cancel the genjutsu out. But oro wins
