Best - Kimblee from FMA, worst - dunno, I never really hate fictional characters, best female - probably Gavrill from Franken Fran.

- Uchiha Sasuke - The best male anime characters I have come across. Sasuke's character is a stuff of Classical Tragedies.
- Solf J. Kimblee.
- Sephiroth.
- Cloud Strife.
- Souske Aizen.

Worst:

- Itachi.
- Roy Mustang.
- Naruto.
- Minato.
- Kakashi.
- Alucard.
- Ichigo.
- Just at the back of my head.

Female:

Female characters are always extremely poor in terms of metahors and plot value, save for very few of them. So, I won't waste my time creating a long list, as most of them are borderline shitty.They are only good for their silicon implants and as a product of masturbatory affect for the teenage boys and being horrendously pointless role models for misguided girls. The only one that is worth mentioning here and is literally the Creme de la Creme of females and one of the best written characters in the anime:

- Major Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell.
