We were able to excuse obito from not absorbing naruto's senjutsu attacks due to lack of mastery of the rinnegan. But why doesnt madara use it to absorb naruto's lava FRS. Is kishi going to straight up forget the rinnegan powers that madara already displayed. kishi is seriously restricting the juubi jins beyond belief especially madara.

Agreed. He has so many techniques that would be useful to him in this situation such as Shinra Tensei, but fails to display any of them even though we know he's mastered the Rinnegan. Kinda bothers me and seems like bad writing on Kishi's part because Madara could've easily avoided any and all damage done to him so far (except for Gai's attacks.)

Maybe Madara doesn't know Preta Path? He hasn't used much Rinnegan techniques and he didn't have the Rinnegan for long before he died (actually, he may have but we don't know, it's more likely that he didn't have much time). Nagato had more time to practise and perfect the Rinnegan.

Probably needs both of his eyes to do most rinnegan techniques. Which is why he is desperate to get it.

I don't think juubi jins can use rinnegan for some reason another question is why didn't obito use kamui when he was the Jin?? Seem like the 10 tails restrict your abilities somehow? I don't know but it is odd maybe bad writing like some said
juubi jns can use the rinnegan he s using limbo hengoku clearly. Obito can't teleport the juubi through the dimensions. Madara should have no problem and he did use preta path here

Do u have manga scan of it stating juubi Jin was too heavy to move they dimensions?? I'm asking because I don't remember reading that in the manga... If it's not in the manga I don't buy ppl personal theories and maybe u right he need both eyes but I think it's plot more than anything IMO

Based on what do you believe he mastered the rinnegan? He got it near death and gave them to nagato shortly after? And what damage done to him so far? The lava rasenshuriken? He tried using his greatest rinnegan attack limbo but now narutos on his level and can sense it... He coulda shinra tensei'd but he used limbo instead. Get over it. I don't understand your logic
he has considerable mastery over it he has been shown to use gedo mazo and all its outer path powers and was very efficient with it, he has shown limbo hengoku, tengai shinsei(meteors), preta path, using rods to manipulate people. The only things he hasn't shown are animal path, asura path and shinra tensei. He has shown many of the rinnegan techniques and the point of the thread is he doesnt use one of the most useful paths which is preta path.

Arv, use your brain. Madara needs both Rinnegans to use the six paths, otherwise Kishimoto would not have kept them separate this long and Madara wouldn't be desperate to get it. It's the same thing with Mangekyou. If you don't unlock two powers in both eyes or have both eyes you cannot unlock Susano'o or use all the abilities of the mangekyou.
I'm about sick of this thread being repeated. As soon as he gets his other eye and starts using the paths, people will probably find a way to ***** about that and call him a cheater.
