Though he was able to manage all of the Kyuubi's chakra and hand fit it to all of the Shinobi in the alliance's chakra types. That's why I mentioned chakra control.

Im not saying to make them 5's. I just think Naruto should be at least a 4 (The only thing actually holding him back is making the actual hand seals) and Sasuke should be a 5.

Yeah he did that but remember he only used one hand seal and that was to make shadow clones i don't think chakra control is the sub catergory of hand seals.

Hand Seals have everything to do with Chakra control. That's why Shinobi do them.

I know its hard to get, but Hand Seals don't just deal with "Them doing the seals". Chakra control is part of the category.

Chakra control has to be. Sakura has held a solid 4 in hand seals through all databooks and she could only do substitution as a jutsu with handseals and transformation. It definitely has chakra control included. Plus naruto has kage bushin and kuchiyose by the end of part 1 so handweaving is only small factor imo

2. After Madara wanked his analysis capabilities this chapter, he's deserving of a 5.

I'm conflicted about Naruto's Genjutsu score.

I can see why, but you have to realize that his score increase by one point over the time skip for simply improving his ability to get out of genjutsu.

I thought you could raise Naruto's hand seals a bit more but the two point jump in genjutsu was to high. I agree with your list though

Sakura has a 3.5 in Genjutsu and isn't able to cast any Genjutsu. Naruto having a 4 isn't questionable IMO.

I increased Sasuke's strength to a 4 because I'm taking into account a general improvement factor. The same applies to hand seals.

Who needs hand seals when you don't need hand seals. Naruto has surpassed using hand seals. You could say I. A way that his earlier versions of rasengan were like using hand seals when he needed clones, now he's surpassed that. Sasuke should be a 5 for hand seals as well. The Gudou dama have all 5 elements in them anyways, so in a way he no longer needs hand seals, and by the looks of it he can now infuse whatever chakra nature the Bijuu contain Ito a rasengan instantaneously. The rasengan is like a super charged version of any ninjutsu when it's infused with whatever nature type, and he can create one using a single hand.

naruto has transcended beyond hand seals.
