You're right it doesn't, but even though. She's been training her hole life. She's been trained by Neji himself. So I do think that she specializes in taijutsu. When did Sakura take out 50 opponents? ( I really don't remember if you could show scan or something).
I dont care who trained her, she still isnt stronger than part 1 neji. She does not specialize in taijustu, far from it.
The scan where he punches the ground and takes out at least 50 juubi clones, then you see Hinata just take down 1 juubi clone.

So? Same goes for Kakashi and Naruto. Naruto ghas very powerful jutsus that can take out a lot of opponents at once, but isn't as good in a hand to hand , one on one situation. (We are talking about his skills in base mode) And Kakashi is the exact opposite. So same goes for sakura and Hinata. Btw I won't be replying until tomorrow (if I don't forget) I'm really tired so yeah.

I can't find Scan but here's a link She uses it with the last of her chakra if she was able to go into naruto she could severely damage Hinata and the thing is it needs only a small amount of chakra to form.

Sakura has advanced way more. Hinata needed to have Naruto on her mind and the Kyuubi Cloak to (barely) do something that 13 Year old Neji was doing.
Did 13 year old Neji destroy the juubi's hand? Did 13 year old Neji defeat a horde of juubi minions? Did 13 year old Neji defend against the barrage of attacks that the juubi performed?

Juubi wasn't around when Neji was 13. Hinata didn't do either of those on panel anyway, so I don't see how its relevant.

And this is just the worst scenario.
In order to disrupts the chakra of the Target, Hyuuga members need to aim their attacks to the chakra points (Tanketsu), using their Byakugan to see them. If they just attack recklessly the target will only have its organs damaged severely.
But the thing is, there are 361 chakra points in the human body. And coming back to the vs, Sakura can use both hands and legs to attack with CES. But a single hit from Gentle Fist in the chakra points in her right arm or right hand won't leave her unable to perform CES Kicks, nor prevent her from using her other hand to attack.
It does't make any sense and it's not what Kakashi stated in the manga that a single hit from a Hyuuga, without considering the part of the target's body that was attacked, disrupts the entire chakra flow, preventing the target from performing any jutsu.
Besides, the question is: How is Hinata touching Sakura?

Hinata is only superior in Taijutsu (per half point), and there is a tie in their skills in Ninjutsu.
The important thing is, Sakura is smarter and faster and has a one-hit-KO technique.
Just reminding you the databook was published way before Sakura mastered Byakugou, there is no way Hinata can defeat the main heroine NOW if she wasn't able to do it back then... - If Hinata gets too close Sakura can always send her flying:

Besides, Katsuyu's attack range and power are great, she can spit acid at high distances which is capable of meting rocks.
Hakke Kusho is not a great help, it just doesn't harm the target that bad, even a 30% chakra clone Kisame tanked it perfectly. Also it requires some time to cast, so it would be easy for someone like Sakura to evade:

In conclusion 2 things, manga has stated that Hyuugas in training cannot kill at their first strike of Gentle Fist, and Part 2 Hinata is not Part 1 Neji.
- This scans indicate that by refilling the tanketsus with another source of chakra, in Naruto's case, the Kyuubi, the effect that Juuken has in the chakra points disappear. Why Byakugou, a chakra reserve, formed by storing chakra in a seal for three years with precisely chakra control, would be any different?

I didn't say that, I said that neither Neji or Hinata have a Gentle fist strong enough to kill in one strike, actually, it has never shown in the manga, that Gentle Fist, can kill in one strike.
