okay me and my friend decided to make this rp, here you create your own characters, ranking will depend on experience which you will get from a kill or a mission, and everyone is grouped into a 2 man cell after we get enough cells we set up the hunter test, you also get to choose your powers and also your nature e.g enhancer,specialist etc. after your character is approved you create techniques for him/her which will be sent to me via pm,
storyline
It has been 60 years after the defeat of the chimera ants, everyone now lives in a city. there are still people with powers and the hunter test goes on annually.(non stop rp)

Ranks
Novice- 200 experience, 200 nen points, can only perform e-ranked techniques
Amateur- 400 experience, 400 nen points, can only perform e and d-ranked techniques
senior- 650 experience, 650 nen points, can only perform e,d,c-ranked techniques
Professional- 900 experience, 900 nen points, can only perform e,d,c,b ranked techniques
master- 1250 experience, 1200 nen points, can only perform e,d,c,b,a ranked techniques
Veteran- 2400 experience, 2400 nen points, can only perform e,d,c,b,a,s- ranked techniques
Leader- 6000 experience, 6000 nen points, can perform all ranked techniques including f-ranked

Enhancer- they add aura(nen) to objects and their body to increase the strength, there can be as many people, They are simple and determined.
Conjurers- they are high - strung and methodical, there can be as much as many people, they can summon materials
transmitters- they are whimsical liars, there can be ten people, they can have both powers of enhancer & conjurers, they can change the nature of their aura to things like electricity
manipulators- they are logical and do things at there own pace, they can control things [living and non...there can be as many people living] through the use of aura.
specialist- they do not belong to any of the other categories, as they tend to have special powers e.g teleporting, opening of portals e.t.c, apart from the mods bio there can only be other three specialist

*no dodging techniques freeform unless your power allows
*only two techniques per turn
*you feint when you are out of men
*when your bio dies, it regenerates after seven hours
*the maximum number of bios in a fight is four, it can be 1 vs 3,2 vs 2 anyhow
*you spend 10 nen points to activate your men
*techniques strength are measured with ranks with e-rank as lowest then d,c,b,a,s,f
*every member can have a maximum of two bios
*when arguments occur during battle a mods judgement is final
*no metagaming
*a bio can have a maximum of two powers that depend on their nature and maximum of six techniques (which might be upgraded as you rank up)
