I breath deeply and concentrate on the natural energy around me

and as i focus

I start to concentrate the energy thats flowing in my head through the oil

I guide it to my cycle and tries to balance it with my chakra

good, now as you draw in that energy you have to balance it with your chakra and stamina in order to harness if correctly. continue to draw it in a little at a time until you feel the perfect balance.

We'll it seems you have learned to gather natural energy utilizing the frog's oil. now you must do it without the oil... this is roughly 10 times harder than the precious method, but I have a way to help you concentrate.

Make a platform and blance on the top of the needle point. this will teach you how to be still and concentrate on gathering the energy
