Itachi wins... Raikage needed prep-time to dodge Amaterasu what i mean is he needed to concentrate his chakra for a shunsui just to dodge one Amaterasu... This leads me to believe even in V2 he cannot dodge it with his foot speed... Raikage is very cocky he looked into Sasuke eyes multiple times Itachi would have had him finished when he did this...

You are mostly correct in your speed claim. Itachi isn't as quick as KCM Naruto using his shunshin, he's probably KCM Naruto's running speed. However, that is still fast. The only way for him to win is Susano and genjutsu. People who are saying he's going to keep up the pace with him are clearly idiots. However, he will stil be put under genjutsu in this match, and that will be his end. Fight starts, Ay expects Amateratsu and looks at Itachi whilst charging v2, Itachi puts him into genjutsu=low diff. Fight starts, Ay doesn't look at Itachi's eyes, gets amateratsu'd and dies=low diff. I fail to see how it requires more than one ms/3t ability.

In V1, he did so, rather easily. In V2, he was still able to see him but couldn't react. But given V2 requirements, Raikage has never shown to keep the V2 Shroud up for more than a few seconds.
