Okay. Ay has tailed beast chakra levels and you say he cant maintain his v2 armor in a fight, not to mention against a low chakra ninja like Itachi.

Do you know how much chakra his armor takes?
Was it ever mentioned how much chakra it requires?
Did Ay ever say he cant maintain it long in a fight?

Unless you can answer those questions then you are just speculating he cant maintain it for a whole fight, which is a silly assumption considering his chakras are tailed beast levels.

Let me ask you this? Do you honestly believe a normal human can maintain a technique that requires Bijuu level Chakra for a long period of time? Ei would only be wasting that level of Chakra without having to gain Chakra from somewhere to continue with his technique unlike the Jinchuurikis...

Ay is reckless, plain and simple. He's hot-headed, impatient, and careless, whereas Itachi is calm, patient, and careful. Tbh Itachi could throw up his Genjutsu before the fight even starts, not to mention he could use KA too if he wanted, but that's just overkill.

Exactly. Ay doesn't stand a chance. Itachi is arguabley the second best genjustu user behind shisui and he has access to shisuis eye. Its been stated many times throughout the series that no one (besides special circumstances and other uchiha) stand a chance against an uchiha with that kind of genjutsu prowess. Itachi would point his finger at ay and catch him in a genjutsu and end the fight before it even starts

The time it takes Itachi to activate sharingan, Ay has time to activate raiton armour. Considering that, Ay could very well finish this quickly depending on how things play out and prior intel.

So if Hinata expends chakra at a very rapid rate will she has tailed beast level chakra momentarily too? Fail logic. His father was a chakra monster and its obvious he inherited the trait.

Fail interpretation. Hinata cannot expend that much chakra in the first place, as she doesn't posses it. Ay does poses this quantity of chakra, he just can't upkeep it as a biju would.
