And then place your palm on the ground.
Don't worry about chakra or anything. Just do that until you've mastered it. Don't try to actually summon anything, just practice the sequence.

Me: Those two are still pretty small compared to toads such as this guy. *points at Gama* They're about twice as tall as you. =/ Imagine a toad that height and try it. Those are the only toads that are really around that size so you should get either one of them if you do everything correctly.
ok i set down and charge me chakra in my hands while imaging a toad who is double as tall as me and keep on imaging him untill he preformed perfectly in my mental and all of my chakra is in my plam then stand up and do the hand seals then slam the ground with my plam and let go of my chakra to the seal..
