Yeah Madara is stronger than Gai but if Byakugo heals her from everything, why then is Madara capable of killing her?

No one ever said Byakugo heals her from everything. Healing from Gai's attacks doesn't mean she can heal from everything nor is claiming that she can do the former the same as claiming the latter. If you completely obliterate her body, she dies. If you can destroy enough of her body, she dies. Gai can't do either while Madara can do both.

And my point exactly, im not saying it cant slice because it clearly can but the size of it and the size of her is too big a contrast for it to slice and not crush her.

A regular sword wouldn't come close to bisecting her, as the sword of Kusanagi is hardly a regular sword, It is a legendary weapon, that is known to be one of the shapest physical blade in existence in the NV, and it counldn't do the trick.

Your statement would suggest her bones are harder than normal bone.

Read EXACTLY what i just said. for potrayal purposes ONLY! its showing us exactly how he attacked and if he stopped or not. Nothing that differs from the manga since it exactly what happened in the managa. If any added bits were added in i wouldn't have brought it up. but its the only way to prove my point as manga scans can no further re-enforce your statement or back my argument up either.

Tsunade has no battle feats. She can only win against an armless Orochimaru. 7th Gate Gai can force Itachi to use his Mangekyo Sharingan, while Itachi would own Tsunade with 3 tomoe sharingan only.

Tsunade can't win against Kisame, Itachi or Might Gai. She simply doesn't have the battle feats to endure continuous thrashing. She's a good medic, that's it. If Tsunade can beat Gai, then Sakura can also beat Gai. lol
