Madara stated that Naruto has the Sage's senjutsu power, and Naruto can just collect nature energy to get more senjutsu, so he won't run out of that.
And unlike other people, Naruto has the tailbeasts inside of him (as we saw) so they could just replenish their chakra just like Kurama could.

Naruto should most likely not run out of tailedbeast power and even if he did he would still have the sage's powers including Kurama's power.
