Deal with what, he doesn't control them. You know why he hasn't been able to use their chakra? because they don't like him, trust him nor do they fk with him and they'll probably absorb all his chakra if he try. Just because he has them doesn't mean he can tap into their chakra.

Have you been reading the manga, you know Madara's powers, he got them from the Tailed Beasts, he is controlling them.

I would like it if he let the 9 beasts free, but keep Kurama's half and the chakra he has now of the tailed beasts. This might keep them linked forever and he might be able to communicate with them no matter where they go. If the bijuus goes to to the other villages, this might keep him updated on what the villages are doing.
