"A couple of questions before we begin. What is steel release? There are two elements that make up steel, what are they and how did you come to that conclusion, and why do you want to learn steel release, and how do you plan on using it?"
I don't know too be honest, I fell in love with FMAB and so made an Edward Elric bio - I don't have any bio in mind to swap him with xD, just trying to find my perfect bios xDYou explained everything I expected.
Okay so, do you plan to keep your steel bio for a long while, or are you going to drop? I want to know, if it is a yes. I will teach you my steel customs for free.
Another question, when we start going though the techniques, what do you prefer template, or no template?

Now, all I want you to do is try and get your steel chakra in your hand by mixing the two elements, fire and earth. Use detail while explaining, what does the steel chakra make you feel, etc...

OOC : Yeah I don't like templates, I like to RP and train if that's ok - template makes boundaries. Everything seems aight to me, lets go! You should keep that Monkey Avatar forever.Well done, very, well done. I expected nothing less.
So; will show you both anyway.
So idea is simple, I will post the techniques and I will ask you to analyse them for me, for example: how to use it in battle, how to counter it, what is good about this technique (pros), what is bad about it (cons), what you like about it and etc. I think you pretty much get what I mean. The "How to perform" - part is a bit, not needed for, but you are more than welcome to perform it, if you don't understand the technique. It's better if we focus on the important things, like actually analysing the whole technique and knowing how to use it in a fight. Only filling the template is boring and sometimes not fun. I want to make this training as enjoyable as I can, I know templates can be boring and dull at times.
Something below are basic guidelines to use:
Example of points for every technique
+ How to be used in a battle
+ How to be countered in a battle
+ Some advantages and disadvantages
+ Your personal opinion about the technique
Do you have any questions about method?
Or you can chose to use this template:
Your choice. ^^PHP:
One/three advantages:

1.
2.
3.

One/three disadvantages:

1.
2.
3.

How you would use it in battle: How you would counter it: How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
It's a simple Steel Release technique, but a useful one and one that opens opportunities for more complex techniques. It's great for creating blades or close combat weapons if I do not have any, I might need one for a technique later on - at least I don't have to carry a sword around, I just need this technique heheAlright then.
(Kōton no Jutsu) Steel Release Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: Allows the user to, through the use of hand gestures, produce small objects, pillars, weapons, etc, made of black steel, from their body or from the earth. The constructs are as hard as a normal kunai and swords and can be thrown at a target physically.
What can you tell me about this technique?
Alright I got this.Good work.
(Kōton: Toami) Steel Release: Fish Net
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After 1 handseal (Bird), the user is able to produce a black steel net from his/her hands, which can be thrown towards the opponent to pin him to the ground.
Okay perform the single seal Bird hand seal, your steel chakra will produce a black steel net thing from your hands, use it on my clone that is near you, this technique is good since it can pin and trap them to the ground, and you can follow up with another attack, the range is a little iffy but then most battles are from mid-range.
I perform the two hand seals Bird and Ram, focusing my steel chakra through the ground and beneath your clone. The ground shapes into 5 shackles, two of them take each wrist, another two each ankle and the last around it's neck. I make one more handseal and all the chains linked to the shackles retract into the ground - pinning the clone down onto the ground. It is a nice technique.
(Kōton: Kase) Steel Release: Shackles
Rank: C
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user does 2 handseals (Bird+Ram) focusing chakra beneath the opponent, shaping the ground into several (up to 5) shackles that shoot up to grab the enemy. The shackles are linked to chains that remain connected to the ground. Once they grab the opponent, the user can clap his hands, forcefully pulling the shackles and chains to the ground, effectively pinning the opponent to the ground, restrained by the steel chains.
Again, just perform the required seals. Start focusing your steel chakra below my clone; and by using shape manipulation on the said ground below create up to five black steel shackles that will grab hold of him and keep him in place, so if you chose to create five, two can on on his legs, two on his arms and one around his neck, but it's all up to the user. You can then clap your hands causing the shackles to pull back forcefully that are attached to chains and ceasing all movement in my clone, so you can use another attack similar in a way to the net.
After performing the two handseals Bird and Tiger, Ed focus' the steal chakra he has created through his body and into his right arm, manipulating it into steel and pointing at your clone. The Chakra becomes steel and fires from Ed's palm, 6 bullets in total scatter towards your clone and hits him, sending it flying back and making it disperse into a cloud of smoke. No, it would break the shackles.
(Kōton: Tama Ishuu) Steel Release: Bullet Swarm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After 2 handseals (Bird+Tiger), the user is able to shot out up to a dozen metal bullets from his/her body. They move as fast as arrows and can be shot in a radial manner or a focused manner, from any part of the body the user intends to.
Perform the two seals, start focusing your steel chakra all around your body, and use shape manipulation to turn the chakra into steel bullets, that you will shoot towards my clone, you can shoot up to 12, and you can shoot them all at once, or in a more focused movement, aiming for different body parts. Neat technique, range is great.
Q_QOkay Mr. Kazekage, can you please use the following steel techniques in a combo:
(Kōton: Tama Ishuu) Steel Release: Bullet Swarm & (Kōton: Toami) Steel Release: Fish Net and the last technique can be of your choice!
