It would be close to impossible to trap Naruto in Sharingan Genjutsu because of his sensing abilities. Remember that he took out one of Pein's paths in the dark.

Sharingan genjutsu became a non-factor for Naruto ever since he gained SM along with his sensing abilities. That's why Kabuto didn't use the master of Genjutsu, Itachi, to trap Naruto with genjutsu and retrieve him. He had to resort to using force instead.

Edit: Also, even if by some chance Naruto would be caught in Genjutsu, his chakra control had improved from his SM training ever since the last time he was caught in one so it's very possible that he would break free from a 3T genjutsu.

Sasuke wins.

He is way too fast for Naruto. His sharingan can differentiate between shadow clones and the real guy. Chidori senbon and chidori sharp spear take out clones from a 5 meter distance. Sasuke is inferior in taijutsu, but with sharingan he can probably keep up with Naruto until he can get away to a safe distance. He can dodge Rasenshuriken with his shunsin. And then there's genjutsu...if all else fails, he could spit fireballs and finish with Kirin.

Naruto wins this matchup with, or without restrictions. Restricting Ma & Pa actually works in Sasuke's favor. If they were present, alongside the giant toad summons, then Sasuke would have an extremely uphill battle. SM Naruto surpasses him in ninjustsu & taijutsu (frog katas). Add Ma & Pa, then he also surpasses him in genjutsu (sound genjutsu). Overall, he is without a doubt superior.

Genjutsu wouldn't work anyway due to SM narutos excellent chakra control. Kurama isn't needed Sasuke gets own mid diff
