Obito had alrealy manipulated him, he didn't need Zetsu for that... Saske was already on his way to avenge his brother.

also MS Saske with susano'o and enton >>> Hebi Saske... Hebi Saske wouln't get passed susano'o and would get killed with amaterasu or enton arrow...
but unlike SM Nardo, he doesn't even have chakra sensing or danger sensing to avoid any incoming attack from MS Saske, so he would go down even easier...
