Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Perform the seal, then slam your foot on the ground releasing suiton chakra into said ground, then use shape manipulation on the chakra to form a jet of water to rise up out of the ground and head towards your target in the form of a slicing jet.

I would use it to attack my opponent (you don't say >_>) when he/she is in a short or mid range, to counter his/her attack.I would only use it when my opponent is on the ground,if he/she is underground this technique would be useless.

I would counter it with an earth technique or a wind one.This jutsu can also be avoided by jumping high or going underground.
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):[/B]
I focus on my suiton chakra and begin gathering up as much as possible, and start performing the tiger seal.I send all the suiton chakra to my left foot which is slammed on the ground.After that I release all my suiton chakra,and use shape manipulation on it and form a jet of water which rises up of the ground and heads towards to my opponent in the form of a slicing jet.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

Really simple technique, gather some water chakra in your mouth, then release it as a compressed jet that is able to carve the earth, but only so if you use it on the same area many times. If used on your target, push them back a little and get them wet, which you can then use to your advantage.

I would use it when my opponent performs a strong fire technique,to wipe out the fire.

I would counter it with a strong earth technique,one that would stop the water,for example one which could create a wall in  front of me.

I gather up a lot amount of suiton chakra and start focusing on it.I send all my chakra to my mounth.As soon as I have gathered up enough chakra,I realease it formed as compressed jet which could be able to carve the earth,if used multiple times.I repeat this a few times,till the earth is carved.

I start gathering up a huge amount of chakra and converting it into suiton chakra.As soon as I feel like I've gathered up an enough amount of suiton chakra,I release it through my mouth.While releasing it I use nature manipulation to form it into a gun(yayy guns).I do that around 3 times till the earth is carved.After that I concentrate and start gathering up some chakra again.When i feel like I have gathered up enough chakra I go infront of your clone and start releasing the katon chakra through my mouth at your clone.I continue doing the same till your clone is damaged a lot.
I hope this was some kind of a combo.
