I do, seeing as Sasuke was frozen in that instant and didn't have any experience against the Rinnegan at all. And Totsuka is slow as f*ck.

Yes I do, because unlike madara, itachi doesn't have the ability to suspend objects in mid air using the deva path of the rinnegan. Plus itachi is weak as f**k compared to madara,so that was a shitty example. Try again mate.....
