From a non-biased perspective, Minato is essentially a faster version of Tobirama with a larger chakra pool, summons, seals, and sage mode. This is just an objective perspective. How a fight would play out, who knows...

IMO none of them are actually Tobirama fans or atleast most of them are just Minato haters who always tries super hard to bash Minato with lamass reasons. I know about almost every Tobirama fan in this fourm(atleast famous ones) they aren't this bad. That's all I wanted to say.

Rasengan = Shape manipulation,if you can't improve shape manipulation any further then there is no such a thing as improving the jutsu than what Minato already accomplished.
What is the name of jutsu that we are talking about? & What is the name of jutsu Naruto pulled after combining his element with Rasengan? Naruto said that because Minato didn't accomplished what he actually intended to do.that's it.

As far as Rasengan goes,Let me tell you this again: As far as Rasengan goes Minato took it to highest possible level so there is no perfecting it and all Naruto did is to combine his affinity with a jutsu whose level is at it's peak to creat another jutsu.Simple as this.

stop calling it perfect. it didn't do what it's stupid to. It's incomplete. naruto finished (perfected) it. technically, frs should just be called rasengan

Even Jiraiya did it so I don't think Minato can't and if Minato can't do that then that cradit goes to Jiraiya as he is the one who taught Naruto about bigger versions.

The point is that rasengan can be perfected, doesn't matter if it was Naruto or jiraya or minato, the fact is the basic rasengan isn't the farthest it can go. You can perfect the rasengan by making it bigger and more powerful. So of course rasengan can be improved further.
