I was going to mention this right here. The reason Minato's Flying Thunder God is better than Tobirama's is because of the Uzumaki Seals Kushina taught him. He incorporated them into his Hirashin which:

Make's the marks perminent
Allows him to jump/teleport multiple times instantaneously
connect to other people's chakra signatures or some such.

Tobirama gets the credit for creating it. He developed the jutsu
Minato perfected it

Much like Minato created the Rasengan
and Naruto perfected it.

Nothing wrong with either of the 2. I don't fanboy over one or the other, but sorry OP Minato is better at it than Tobirama is all.

kenjutsu master? we've seen him use his sword effectively ONCE with one slash. don't make stuff up

For minato 5 seconds is like 5 hours. It only takes him am instant to annihilate opponents.
