I am preety confused right now, let's say a pirate crew quits and wants to go home, how in hell are they going to leave the grandline to the 4 blue seas?

Looking at the map of OP, i see the red line, grandline and the 4 seas, on 2 spots the grandline is blocked, on the first one by the reverse mountain who has acces from all sees leading to the start of the grandline, on the other side though there is no acces from the NW to reverse mountain aka the 4 seas. And on the half of the grandline we have the Fishermen island and Marijoy. Again no exit.

And since the calm belt surounds the Grandline you basicly have no way out of it? Even if you became pirate king btw, not sure how Roger ended up in Loguetown....

Shanks left and met Luffy in east blue

Buggy was in Orange Town

Zeff and his ''restaurant workers''

Don Krieg and his crew

Mihawk [on what seemed was a coffin] who was chasing Don Krieg

etc etc

You can leave, even if you aren't high level or a marine

you can leave through the calm belt like how the marines do, or just using the reverse mountain. there are those compasses that always point at a single island. you can use one of them to go back to the reverse mountain or close to it. tho I don't know if you can directly go there or not. btw if you go to the last island, you can leave the red line too.

Yes you can go to reverse mountain but how to climb it? The water is rapidly going down not even modern speed boats could climb that, and if you look closely on map of op you will see there are no paths from thenew world, its just a big wall.
As to cross the calm belt like the marines do, that is not possible either, the sea stone enabling them that is highly classified no pirate knows about that hidding them from sea kings

well, the straw hats already know about it, and pirates do come back from the grand line... =/ tho I thought the reverse mountain is a 2 way passage. or at least that's how I remember. Don Krieg came back right after he entered the grand line, so I believe he used reverse mountain.

You can leave just go back the way u came easy ;)
lol no. not at all. the loge pose only shows the next island and not the previous one. you need an eternal one that points at the reverse mountain.

If you have a sea-stone coated ship that also has a motor, you can leave through the calm belt.. the biggest problem about the calm belt are the massive sea-kings living there.. and the fact that there is no currents nor wind, so you can't just rely on sails or water currents, you would have to use a boat motor... The strawhats has Sunny though! They can just coupe-de-burst the entire way over the calm belt! XD

But I think the thing with revers mountain is that i goes both ways.. there are two streams, meeting in an X right? So the two streams go each their way over the mountain right?

So basically, you just have to sail a little to the left or right, to find the other stream and go back.. I guess.

Must be freaking annoying ones you get to the New World though.. the ONLY way to the new world, is through fishman island, ONLY thirty percent of all who attempts it, actually makes that journey.. that's a less than fifty percent change for survival.. and then have to go back again!?

That's the moment Usopp would go. "WTF?! Are you kidding me!? No! I got can't leave the new-world any-way disease.." :dead:

You have to break the red line and then realize its hopeless and get luffy to do it.
The only way out through fishman island bruh.

This is reverse mountain as you can see it has 5 paths, 4 paths go from the 4 blue seas, and 1 go to Grandline, the 4 ones from the blue sees go upwards and push a ship up to the top of the mountain, the 5th one is a downwards stream pushing you from the top of the Reverse Mountain down to the beggining of the grandline.

So thats why i am confused. Imagine yourself in a kayak trying to paddle yourself upstream on a wild river, it's brutal and inpossible, now tell me how could a ship like the Sunny go upwards on a even stronger stream?

And as you see from the NW side there is just a wall.

Yes Nami knows about it, but that doesnt mean anybody else outside the marines knows about it. She just had luck in eartaping the right person in the right time to find that out.

And if i remember, sea stone is extremly rare, and found only on one place, and i bet the Marines have a gygantic base there protecting that source of sea stone.

When you get back to the island that makes up Reverse Mountain at the New World you get off your boat, transport it across land to which ever of the 4 seas you wish to go to, end of story.
