With RM Naruto, Madara's Mokuton would be MUCH powerful for Naruto to even resist. Madara can simply start off with Mokuton Flower Tree world, and put Naruto to sleep once he inhales the pollen. Even if Naruto manages to jump out of range, he still cant fly and Madara can surprise him with Perfect Susanoo to slash him [
